Membership
- All Corporate GolfXtra members must make their reservations by logging into the members-only website or by contacting your respective GolfXtra or Corporate Golf office.
- You must also contact the golf course directly to book your tee time.
- All fees must be paid through Corporate GolfXtra. Payments are processed by our Corporate Golf office in Ottawa or our GolfXtra office in Gatineau on the day following your round.
- When checking in at a participating golf course, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s licence or health card).
- Members wishing to invite guests at the Corporate GolfXtra rate must hold either a Flex or Corporate membership, which are specifically designed for this purpose.
- By registering with Corporate GolfXtra, you agree to receive promotional emails as well as reservation confirmation emails from us.
- Last Minute members may book tee times starting at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day before they wish to play. No exceptions.
GolfXtra & Corporate Golf Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your reservation without charge, you must do so before 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled round.
- Example: If your reservation is for Saturday, it must be cancelled before 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
- You must also contact the golf course directly to cancel your tee time. Failure to do so will result in your round being charged.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled round. The full amount of your reservation will be charged whether you play or not.
Rainchecks
- Cancellations due to weather : You must notify the CorporateGolfXtra office as well as identify yourself in the golf shop before leaving the golf course should you be rained out of your round.
- If the offices are closed, leave a detailed message. If you fail to follow these directions, you will be charged 100% of your round)…no exceptions.
