Booking your Green Fee is simple. Just follow these steps:
Go to your profile
Tap Make a Booking
Select New Booking
Choose your date
Select your region
Choose your course
Add a buddy (optional)
If your tee time isn’t booked yet, choose one of the available booking options. Once your tee time is confirmed (or if a friend booked it), click Next
Enter your tee time
Tap Confirm
Cancelling a green fee or your “Apex spot” is simple. Please remember to cancel your tee time if you can’t make it.
Here’s how:
Go to your profile
Scroll down to Booking Details
Select your reservation
Tap Cancel
Confirm by selecting Yes, Cancel
You can invite a buddy in the app to make future reservations easier. Here’s how:
Go to your profile
Scroll down and tap “Add a Buddy”
Enter your buddy’s name
Send the invite
Once added, you’ll be able to invite them to your next reservations.
To update your payment method:
Go to your profile
Scroll down to Payment Method
Tap Edit Card
Update your credit card details

There is no limit to the number of rounds you can play during the season on all courses except :
Yes, there are some. mostly on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, at some select courses. Please visit the Golf Courses tab for details.
Make sure you include all your golfing partners when calling the Golf course to book your tee-times. ie: you might mention that you are booking for 4 golfers, 2 CorporateGolfXtra members and 2 guests. Your guests pay their green fee at the club while you pay CorporateGolfXtra.
It is possible that the “twilight” rates are lower than CorporateGolfXtra rates on certain courses. Please verify with the golf course for “twilight” rates before you reserve with CorporateGolfXtra.

CorporateGolfXtra bills your green fees directly to your credit card.
You receive an email invoice each time you play, making it easy for you to track your rounds.
At the golf course, you only pay for the extras: balls, tees, and other pro-shop items.
